Being a first time customer yesterday we were greeted with great customer service and left happy..Although we did find that our 7 seater wasn't cleaned properly not sure if they assumed it was a 5 seater but the back seats werent cleaned..besides that everything was ok

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Inquired at Facebook on Thursday regarding the services they offer as I needed my car washed by Saturday. Replied later on that day and was very accomodating and helpful. Brought the car for a wash today, staff we're approachable and hospitable. Pretty satisfied with the wash I got. Better than other car wash shops I have been to. Later today in the afternoon, i was suprised to receive a message from them asking how was the service I got. I was very impressed by the customer service. Told them i am satisfied though there was a small issue. There were some dried spray marks on the car's AC console which I took a photo of and sent it through. They replied immediately and apologised and said that I can bring back the car anytime to get it fixed. Thanked them for the gesture and told them I will not be able to bring back the car anytime soon and that it is not that a big deal for me anyways just made it known to them as they were asking about the service. They then gave me a 10% discount for the next wash. Which is cool. Thank you Wash and Co team. Will definitely be back. Thanks for looking after your customers.
