New owner, John,  is fantastic. Renovations look great, staff is friendly and warm and the food and coffee is 10/10. Massive thank you to every one who works there and puts so much love into what they do - you are all so appreciated. Wash is always top tier with ample care and detail every time. Inquired at Facebook on Thursday regarding the services they offer as I needed my car washed by Saturday. Replied later on that day and was very accomodating and helpful. Brought the car for a wash today, staff we're approachable and hospitable. Pretty satisfied with the wash I got. Better than other car wash shops I have been to. Later today in the afternoon, i was suprised to receive a message from them asking how was the service I got. I was very impressed by the customer service. Told them i am satisfied though there was a small issue. There were some dried spray marks on the car's AC console which I took a photo of and sent it through. They replied immediately and apologised and said that I can bring back the car anytime to get it fixed. Thanked them for the gesture and told them I will not be able to bring back the car anytime soon and that it is not that a big deal for me anyways just made it known to them as they were asking about the service.
